I did my breast lift 3 yrs ago and I'm super satisfied with the results. But yes, like some previous reviews have mentioned the wait time out weighs the amount if time he spends talking to you. Making one feel like just a number. But like I said my results were amazing.
I recently had a breast lift and breast augmentation. Dr. Young is a very quiet man and made me a little nervous at first. I'm SO happy I went to him, he did an amazing job, I never thought I would look as good as I do after surgery. The staff has gone out of their way for me and they have been so sweet, they are genuine people who really care about the service they give you. I will definitely be returning and sending referrals.
I went to Dr. Young for my recent implant surgery in June 2017. For my very first consult the receptionist was SO rude and turned me away, saying that I had my schedule wrong and my appointment was not for that day. Well I am a business owner and so I record ALL of my phone conversations, it was for that day. I went back in and had to wait a very long time just to be seen because other people "with appointments," were seen first. Finally I was seen, I had wanted this done forever and finally had the cash to get it done so I didn't shop around and booked my appointment that day. He offered ZERO HELP as to what size would best suit my body or would yield the results I wanted. ZERO. I was so stressed out the day of the surgery because I had no idea what size to go with, even after asking HIM and The nurses for guidance and help. I had to turn to instagram and online forums for help. The surgery went okay, but I never saw him again until my follow up. He offers a discount for returning customers, and so At my last follow up 10/2017, I went ahead and wanted to get a quote for a Brazilian or just lipo.( mainly because I was already there and wanted an idea of pricing, not because I would ever hire him again ) Again same thing, only this time his nurse was making ugly faces at my naked and vulnerable body and then made mention of me needing to be on a diet. Then Dr. Young said "oh yeah it’s all the nachos." and laughed at me! While I was standing there NAKED. I was mortified and went to cry in my car. I don’t even know if I’ll go back for my remaining follow ups. I am a mother of 3 young children, and to be honest I'm not that overweight, I just have some problem areas that I wanted help with. Isn't that what they are there for? If it was medical advice, that would be one thing, but he and his nurse just laughed at my body like mean school girls. I can think of no greater insult to a young woman's confidence. RUN from this place.
