Dr Ramirez is a fantastic physician—knows his stuff and explains everything to his patients!!!
Previously went to Dr Ramirez for years and service has gone down hill. Office wait times are slow and visit gets delayed with med students doing internships. Office does not relay messages and provides false information with no care of their patients.
I have never had a physician try and milk me for co-pay after co-pay for just about EVERYTHING I needed him to do. For example, for repeat prescriptions from something he was me for just a few weeks prior, he wanted an office visit lasting 2 min just to walk in the room. The office was also poorly run... don't even count on a call back on a call you make to his staff. Give it a try but don't hope for much
