But when you consult a doctor, it's not just the doctor it's the entire staff and their work culture you have to deal with. This was the part where I felt that they are very unprofessional, I was trying to reach Dr Eloy Ochoa's office to ask them for FMLA fax. They redirected my call several times and then disconnected my call without answering. This was Just the start of unprofessionalism . My surgery was scheduled on 09/20/2017 at early in the morning . I called them a day before and they told me it has been rescheduled at 6 PM on same day . Which was okay as they mentioned that now they decided I have to stay overnight . Next day 09/20/2017 I woke up and had a very light breakfast and booked the cab for evening as no one was there to drop me. 12:30 PM they called me and said there is a bad news that my surgery will be canceled today and will try to make it on coming Friday 09/22/2017 . I raised my concerns with the staff as I have to start again from start with leave application, Fmla application .. Then the staff told me that they haven't got a confirmation for Friday as well. Now they called me at 2 PM saying the next available date is next week .
Dr Frank Garcia and Luis are very personable and very easy to talk to. Both are great to deal with and excellent in their fields. The therapists are wonderful people to deal and helped me tremendously with my knee rehabilitation. I cannot thank them all enough. Tony, Mari and Kelsey are the best! Thank each and everyone of you.
I was consulting Dr Eloy Ochoa for my shoulder dislocation, he is very nice and friendly. No complaints against him .
Dr. Deberardino was amazing! Great bedside manner very straight forward. If your looking for someone that will fix you and not juat medicate you this is the Dr. I would recommend. By following his direction I was nearly pain free and walking again 3 days after surgery to repairs my hip! And his office staff is friendly and very helpful!
My husband needed to have ankle replacement surgery and was referred by our family doctor to Dr Kevin Kirk with the San Antonio Orthopedic Group. The first time he went to see him for a consultation, he explained in detail exactly how it would be done. Dr Kirk called the night before his surgery, to see if he had any questions or concerns, which I had never heard of a doctor doing that. He had the surgery on May 31st, 2017 and his progress has been exceptionally good and is able to do his daily things without the pain, he suffered with for many years. We couldn't be more pleased and satisfied and would definitely recommend him.
Dr Tolin and Mike are very caring and gave me all the time I needed.
Office is very busy I think due to the level of work they do. I felt safe and taken care of and never waited much more than 20 or so minutes. The staff were all very polite....my only complaint was the communication for script refills .
