HORRIBLE FACILITY, STUPID RECEPTIONISTS, ARROGANT AND UNCARING DOCTORS!!!!
I was referred here by my primary care Dr. She made an appointment with this facility two weeks ago!!! A few days later, I was contacted by the Urology department confirming my appointment.
I last told her to cancel my appointment and any future appointments with this Mickey Mouse outfit!!! She then said, "no, no, no. This isn't a Mickey Mouse outfit". REALLY????
Awesome customer service!!!! Always leading to the right direction.
Today, date of my appointment, I got up early doubled-checked my calendar to confirm my appointment. I arrived at the facility and identified myself and stated I had an appointment there today. The receptionist goes, "ooooohhhhhh". She explained that the Dr had called in to cancel my appointment but, later called again to re-schedule the following week.
I love this place. The people who work here are very perfessional. My neurologist Dr Francisco Sacarno Gonzales is very attentive to my needs. He is very pacient, professional, understanding, and compassionate with his job. Dr Sacarno Gonzales seems to be a man who cares about people who suffer from Multiple Sclerosis or any other auto immune disorder. I WOULD RECOMMEND DR. SACARNO GONZALES TO BE OR ANY OTHER DOCTORS AT THE MARC! THOSE DOCTOR'S ARE THE BEST! !!!!!
I affirmed that I had been to the hospital the week before and was advised to keep my appointment with the urologist this day. I told the idiot receptionist that NO ONE, had called me to inform me of all these changes!!! Her response was that the Dr HIMSELF, should have called me. I told her that in the 60 years of my life NEVER, has a Dr called PERSONALLY to make ANY appointment changes!!!! She got all stupid after this and made feeble attempts to make excuses for the ARROGANT DOCTOR!!!!!
If the doctors there are as rude as the staff then we need to look for a different clinic! Las empleadas de este lugar son groceras y racistas contra su propia gente.
Got earlobe reconstruction on my streched ears today and Dr. Shah was by far the best doctor I've been to! He was so nice and charismatic! He really made me feel welcome and appreciated! Plus he did an AWESOME job!!! I will be going back for any other types of plastic surgery I might get!
I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY OR ANY UT UNIVERSITY FACILITY, TO INCLUDE THE HOSPITAL TO ANYONE!!!! UNCARING DOCTORS, TOO ARROGANT TO HAVE YOU CONTACTED FOR ANY APPOINTMENT CHANGES THEY MAKE!!!! FUNNY HOW IF, YOU ARE LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENTS, THEY STILL CHARGE YOU THE VISIT!?!?!?! STUPID RECEPTIONISTS WHO COWER AND MAKE UP EXCUSES FOR THE DR'S!!!!!!
Office stafff, Theresa and Alicia are so rude and prejudice against Spanish speaking patients. Theresa refused to help my parents set up an appointment claiming she didn't understand and hung up. They called back and after a few minutes of pretending she didn't understand Spanish she placed the call on a very long hold and came back on the line speaking Spanish. She pretended to be a different person and when asked, said her name was Teresa not Theresa. Recently my mother spoke to Alicia because my father needed to be seen urgently but Alicia kept saying "I don't understand, what do you need?" "WHAT do you need ma'am!?"
