This place sucks. They will not work with you. It takes them up to 7 business days to fill out three small lines in my wellness form that I already prefilled. They made me drive there to drop the forms i could not fax them or email them. What a PITA. The gals at the front desk are like working with the most inefficient people from a third world country were everythinf is very inefficient. No one knows anything they all give you a different answer. They dont give you instructions. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
