Fix your damn customer service! No one ever answers the phone and when they do they continue to say they don't have room for appointments, call back around 11. And when you do NO ONE EVER ANSWERS!! SO HOW CAN YOU EVEN SCHEDULE ONE!!!!
I have had very good service here. The place is always clean when I go. Staff and doctors have been friendly.
Can NEVER get anyone to answer the phone to make an appointment for my children. Often placed on hold for long periods of time. Considering changing provider to one that is more professional when it comes to placing appointments
I have great customer service most of the time with The Frank Bryant Center. It is hard to get an appointment for dental services because of the demand but after seeing the cost without my own insurance , it is very worth working for. I truly am grateful for the services this clinic provides for the under and uninsured.
