I have a family member who has been treated at this hospital on several occasions. The staff and doctors here have been outstanding. The nurses are caring and attentive, and the doctors very responsive. This is a smaller facility, so they can't do everything, but they are very good at what they do. They even have an ER for emergency needs.
ETC takes their time whether your there for less then 24 hours or long term.
Took my boyfriend in to see A doctor and they were so quick and attentive. We saw Duane Penshorn MD and he was such an amazing doctor. The entire staff today was great. I cannot express the level of content the service here has brought us. Thank you so much for the smiling faces, clean facility, and prompt care. I will refer friends and family here from now on. By far best service I have ever seen in a ER ever in San Antonio.
