A woman collapsed and hit her head in the hard floor waiting to be seen in the waiting room for many hours.
I arrived yesterday for lower back spinal fusion surgery and will be here through Saturday. All the staff is so efficient, friendly, and great to be around. They are very helpful and recommend this hospital anytime. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Apparently all of these reviews are true and "Hospital Leadership" hasn't done anything differently to improve. My wife was there pretty much the whole day only saw the Dr once and the nurse twice. Dr never gave her the results of any of the labs that were taken and never were able to even give her an answer as to what might be wrong. I guess the Drs are just too busy neglecting other patients. Worst experience at any medical facility in our entire lives and biggest waste of money.
THIS PLACE IS A CIRCUS. TAKE A HUGE BARREL OF PEANUTS WITH YOU IF YOU PLAN TO WAIT.
Some man before leaving after waiting many, many hours said he would rather drop dead in his house than be in the waiting room being ignored. He left without being seen by a doctor at all.
My patient was on the third floor and the staff couldn't have been any nicer. As soon as the call button was rang they were coming in the room. Very professional as well as caring and personable. Thank you for being so nice. Some of these negative reviews I read lend me to wonder if people understand this is a hospital not a Hilton Hotel. The waiting area , hall toilet and elevator I used were so clean it was surprising considering how many times they are used. Some folk have unrealistic expectations and I wager this facility is a lot cleaner than where they live!!!

Just look at the huge number of negative reviews Mission Trail Baptist Hospital has. There's a loooong wait time. Even if you are twisting and turning in agonizing pain you wait in the waiting room about 8hrs to be seen at all. ..

Another man threw his chair across the waiting room and went home after waiting for about 8hrs to have his daughter seen, which she was in terrible pain.
Worst Hospital Ever. They absolutely deserve no stars. Staff (nurses/doctors) have no sympathy nor compassion for their patients. I️ will never ever come to this hospital again!!!! They have horrible customer service and I️ would require all staff to take a customer service class. Besides the rude and disrespectful staff the hospital needs to have quality room keeping. This nasty stuff was on my sisters emergency bed. She felt disgusted. I️ would say this Hospital is like a beautiful person with a ugly soul inside. The campus is gorgeous but the people are not compassionate about their patients and simply don’t care.
