The doctor and assistant were very thorough and answered all of our questions.
Hopefully we won't have to be back for a long time, but if we do, we'll definitely be back.
Dr. Ridder and the vet techs took excellent care of my cat. She had to stay overnight and then part of the following day, and they were excellent about communicating with me through the process. I trust that they have the best interest in heart for my animals (this is my 2nd experience there this year). They didn't try to charge me for anything unnecessary, and now my cat is home and getting better. Thank you!
This is our first puppy, so we were very nervous taking him in, but the staff was very gentle and understanding.
Oh, if only ZERO stars were possible! I just received yet another invoice from this wretched place with a handwritten note at the bottom stating "don't ever come back!" Granted, the balance was zeroed out as there should have NEVER been a balance to begin with but the bitter woman named MARY L JENNINGS, who handles their billing has to be by far the most tacky, unprofessional waste of space I have ever had to encounter. To anyone reading this.... as I sit here laughing hysterically at this woman's ignorant display, please TRUST that I will gladly take my pets elsewhere from this point forward and very strongly recommend that you do the same. Professional ethics here are clearly nonexistent!
We went on a Sunday morning, there was no wait, and the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The waiting room was clean and smelled fresh.
The staff is top notch..I recently came in with my dog for an emergency and the staff was well trained and helped me in the best way they could at the time.
I found a stray kitty that had half of his face swollen with a huge cyst ,My neighbor Angela got involved in helping by taking it to angel of mercy and another neighbor and I helped with what we could financially just to have him seen, Angela paid for most of it. They told her he only weigh 3 pounds and could barely eat. ANGEL OF MERCY VETERINARY was amazing, caring, helpful and very honest . This was not my kitty it was just a stray in mayor pain , they gave us a discount for good cemeritan even though they had to put the kitty to sleep and I was happy to help donate for having him taken care of . ON ANOTHER NOTE........ I tried getting advice or a little help from Alamo Ranch Vet clinic and they where all about money not a care for an animal in pain. Alamo Ranch Veterinary really was a disappointment I would never take my pets to a veterinary that has no heart. They need to train the receptionist to have a little more compassion instead of just thinking of money. I asked for a little advice or just to speak to the vet to see what he would recommend .....I was told that the vet was busy with patients BUT there was not a single person in there or a car in parking lot at 4:30 pm ????? All I kept being told was well if you want to assume financial responsibility I can give u an appointment . I see a veterinary clinic and VET the same as a regular hospital and doctor. I would pray that if a doctor saw a human on the street hurt they would automatically help with the knowledge they have and not think twice , but I guess vet clinics follow a different code $$$. Thank you again to ANGEL OF MERCY VETERINARY for living up to the name !!
