Because my wife and I have always followed the instructions given to us, and each time we’ve raken our dogs back for a follow up, they each were in good shape. On top of this, sometimes the Vet didn’t even charge us for the visit and the services. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Dr. Rogers and his staff should be commended for running a top notch veterinarian.
If I could offer one piece of advice to any of the complainers is this, stop waiting until your pet is about to die before taking them to the a Veterinarian Clinic and then expect this man and his staff to perform a miracle.
Reading the other reviews here of similar accounts, let’s me know that this is indeed a fine facility. It appears the negative ones are from people who didn’t take proper care of their pets prior to bringing them there and they expected a miracle and from some who couldn’t have received care there.
This place is a great asset to the community and the staff always works so hard to get everybody taken care of. The prices are also great especially when compared to other vets in town. My only complaint is that the staff often is not clear on the policies of the office and the stories change quite often. I understand that there are rules, but when 3 different people tell me 3 different things I don't really know who to listen to. I recommend this place, but be ready to wait and potentially pay more than you were quoted and/or have to bring your pets back for multiple visits.
Took our two dogs there to get neutered on October 2017 and everything went perfect. I would recommend you take your pet here if you want the best care for them. This is one of the best vet clinic that I’ve ever done business with. The staff is friendly, all of the Vets were courteous and the place smelled good which was unusual for a Vet Clinic.
In my opinion Pet Shotz is more than likely the best veterinarian clinic there is! The chief doctor is one of the best doctors' there is! For one, every time I take my pets he is always informative about what I need to do for my pets. Second, he observes my animals very well. There was a time my pet had very severe allergies and I just thought it was the flu, but he helped me get the full work up and took care of me and my pet very well! We will definitely be back very soon! Thank you Pet Shotz & Dr. Rogers & staff for all that y'all do for these wonderful pets and their owners! Five stars for y'all!
I have been trying to see my own vet for a week I was able to just walk in at Pet Shotz, they where very busy but was able to see my dog Scribbles. The ladies up front where very helpful and try to get everyone checked in fast. i know it can be stressful when people try to take advantage for this place. The Doctor was very helpful and explained what was going on with my dog. This place is very affordable and people should be patient cause they are busy but worth the wait!!!!!!!!!!
