Wife and I went in looking for a Bed. Ended up buying a bedroom set and even a vanity. Paid for delivery and take out of old stuff. Got my old stuff severely damaged and guys didnt even say anything. I then received only american made stuff first, imported head board was on back order for several weeks we waited until a month went by and we just asked to credit the undelivered headboard. They said sure will take a week or two to credit but can be done once I returned metal bed frame. So I went within a couple days to return frame. Was told now they would process credit to finance group. Its been Two months and they yet to credit back items i canceled and hand delivered as return to Matt and Eric. Im now making my 3RD paymt and no credit even noted. They mean well but cant follow thru. Im still waiting for a phone call.

AWESOME. .. ONCE MY HUSBAND AND I WALKED IN. I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE COFFEE TABLE. THEN WE JUST LOVED EVERYTHING. END UP BUYING KITCHEN TABLE. AND ENTERTAINMENT CENTER. .
I probably went to about 15 furniture stores today looking for a decent recliner at an affordable place. Of all those stores, this one had the WORST customer service. At first JC seemed funny but soon he turned very agitated and rude. He called my mother and I un-American and made several racist remarks after we mentioned considering brands that aren't made in America. He seemed very aggressive, and we couldn't leave the store fast enough. Would not recommend.
TERRIBLE-DISRESPECTFUL People. I was shopping around, looking, comparing prices, styles, quality, etc... Was there probably 10 min whenb the salesperson became very disrespectful mad and rude because I was not buying atv that time. Even said I don't have a life if I have the time to shop around.
I went in and purchased a nice sofa and love seat. I do think that the couches were a bit overpriced, but I purchased them anyway. We did get same day delivery. My only complaint would be that the delivery guys cause a bit of damage to my wall, in my brand new home, which also caused damage to the sofas.
