Ordered a bedroom set for ~$3.5k on 8/12. We had not heard anything by 8/25, so called the store. A manager said our furniture had come in on the 22nd, but since our salesman was on vacation, no one called us to set up a delivery! Employees going on vacation is all well and good, but you need to have something in place so the people who are there can cover that person's orders! We could have had our furniture before having company over, but now someone will have to sleep on the floor because the delivery date is later than it should have been!

I had great customer service. I thought the prices were acceptable and the quality was good. I was able to furnish my bedroom completely including bed in under an hour with a price I was happy with.
SOFA MART on the other hand is awful. I was not treated with respect and clerk was not interested in selling sofas. Why do people like that work in retail is beyond me! Wish I could just order my sofa on line. I'm forced to call a store outside San Antonio so I can buy the sofa I initially walked in to purchase. What a waste!!
I will give 5 stars because of the lady who assisted us, her name is Sabrina and she was professional, polite and did an amazing job explaining and showing us the furniture we purchased.
Horrible experience. Walked into store and felt like we were invisible. All the employees were sitting down laughing and having a good old time and never offered to help. I'm surprised this store is still in business. Need management shake up and new employees. Employees have very poor attitude and seems they rather work somewhere else. Never again!
