This was my first time visiting Bel Furniture and it was a terrible experience. I was very disappointed in their customer service and their salesman just don't care.
I went in knowing what I wanted after reviewing furniture online. Louie Garcia greeted me as I walked in the store and answered any questions I had. Offered me other furniture and explained to me delivery dates and charges. It was a smooth purchase not overwhelmed or feeling pressured.. I will be returning for any of my future purchases. Highly recommend Mr. Garcia!! Thanks
Once we found the mattress, we told the salesman that my client needed to withdraw the cash from an ATM because her credit card kept getting locked since it would register an out of country transaction. We couldn't call her bank either because her bank had a time difference of 12 hours from back home so we told him that we would be right back. Once we got the cash the salesperson said the mattress was sold and they didn't have another one in stock.
Went there to help a friend purchase a mattress. I explained that my friend flew in from Australia and just signed a lease for an apartment. She needed a mattress pretty quick and couldn't wait for one to be delivered in 2 weeks from their warehouse so we needed one that they had in stock.
Having explained the situation and that we were making a quick trip to the ATM, we were under the impression that the salesman put the mattress on hold, but didn't.
I was able to furnish my whole house for a great price!! My salesman, Louie, was a very knowledgeable and kind. He didn't pressure us into the sale and really took time to make sure our order was done right the first time around. Will definitely be doing all my furniture and mattress shopping with Louie at Bel Furniture!!!
For being a first time experience, customer service was aweful. Went to pickup furniture for my mother at 10:15am. As soon as I go in the store, a lady was sitting on a display sofa, on her phone and said "can I help you." I told her I was there to pickup furniture and she said go around the back of the building. When I went to the back of the building, there was a sign stating pickup starts from 11am-7pm. So i go back to the front entrance of the store and the same lady on her phone sitting in the display sofa was there and I said "so the pick up ain't til 11am" she rolls her eyes and says it's from 11-7. So that made me mad because she could had told me that before I went to the back. I'll make sure everyone in the family knows not to buy from theses people again.
Our experience was amazing. We weren't hassled the moment we walked through the door. The salesperson that did walk to is didn't pressure us he allowed us to take our time a d was able to answer our questions regarding the furniture. When it was time to purchase it went smoothly and with ease. We were in a d out in less than 20 minutes. Thanks Louie!
