I purchased a couch from BLT Furniture recently and the staff and owner went over and beyond to get us exactly the couch we wanted. He personally took us to his warehouse so we could look at the couch and help load it up for us. I would highly recommend this furniture store for good quality, great prices and great service.
Bought a mattres 7 months ago, it wasn't to our satisfaction. Per our agreement I returned the mattres to get one at lesser value. It has been 3 months since then, and i have been there numerous times, and I am still waiting. I had to choose one star, because zero star was not an option. I am totally disappointed. They do not return my phone calls.
Excellent place, WALZEM branch, After black Friday I couldn't find any special nowhere, but the seller was very polite and he did a great discount for our sofa set. The helpers guys were very helpful. I DON'T RECOMMEND HUEBNER BRANCH, the attention is too poor, they don't realize that you are inside the store looking for something.
I just wanted say "WE STILL WAITING FOR OUR MATTRESS OR REFUND OUR MONEY."
I have purchased my sectional for my living room with BLT and the same sectional at another store was double from BLT pricing. I love it and it has been about 2 years and it is still in really good shape. I am just slow about writing reviews but I would highly recommend them and can't wait to go buy my new dining set in a couple of months. Thank you!
If I could give minus score, I did. My husband and I bought a queen mattress from the Bandera branch. They told the mattress is Spring Air and extra firm. After a week the mattress started to sink. We called several times and no right answer. Finally we dropped it in Walzem Rd branch. They promised us they find a better mattress, after 3 months and call several times every week, we still don't have any mattress and our money we paid is with them. The owner is an Indecent man and the manager, Noah, is a liar and cheater.
