Best nail salon ever. Everyone was very friendly. My 2 friends and i scheduled our appointment based on google reviews and we were not disappointed. The service was very fast, friendly, and efficient. Again i repeat BEST NAIL SALON EVER. My 2 friends and I have agreed this is the only nail salon we are going to from now on.
My mother and I come to this nail salon exclusively. The staff is excellent and sweet and the owner Daniel is awesome. Always a great experience!
Off, I can go several weeks with the same set. I don't know if they changed their products or just did a crappy job. I do not recommend this place at all. It's definitely not worth the price.
I am so happy with my visit with Ms.Cindy today. I've been looking for someone who can do stiletto and builder gel and I'm glad I found Cindy. She may not like doing gel since it's so hard but she does a damn good job at it!! The new ownership is awesome too, very friendly and clean! If your looking for someone who takes their time and really makes sure your nails are like YOU want, I highly recommend this spa

This is the WORST nail salon I've ever been to, period. The first time I went I waited nearly an hour and a half for a pedicure--the tub water had gone completely cold. I decided I would give them a second shot since they seemed short staffed that day, so I went in for a manicure this time. It looked like a 7 year old had done my nails. I was in the chair 10 minutes all together and sent off for drying. I thought I would do the mature thing and pay for my services since I was in a hurry, then call to speak with a manager later. BIG mistake. The "owner" (male, not female, since a couple runs this place) told me the only thing he could do for me is give the woman who did my nails a warning. I told him that I would expect a refund for such poor services, since the professional manicure I paid for was not fulfilled. He said they do not do refunds, asked if there was anything else I called for, and hung up. Apparently the appropriate thing to do is make a scene in the salon to get what you came for. Absolutely obscene and I will warn anyone else asking for a reference to never go to this place in Stone Oak, especially with Vin Pearl right across the street. This business owner is a complete disgrace, offering very poor services and they clearly don't have a grip on their staff. Don't make the same mistake I did. AVOID IT.
