Just visited the Benjamin Hair Salon & had the best experience. The staff is very co-operative with expert hair stylist and I am so happy with my hair!
Horrible experience!! Horrible attitude! I didn't even get my hair cut... I had to walk out. I can't trust people like that and expect a good job. Heidi was the stylist I had an appointment with. Never again!!!
These stylists are so professional and talented! Heather always makes my hair look amazing. They are opened 7 days a week! I love this salon!
I am from out of town and I wanted a color and cut. When I sat down, I told the stylist I want color closer to my natural roots, and she asked me if I wanted lowlights or all over color. I couldn't answer that question, and the consult just snowballed from there. She asked me why I didn't bring a picture, and I called in and booked for highlight, now I changed my mind, do I want some blond or no blond? I could not respond to all her questions, because I didn't prepare for an INTERROGATION at the salon today... I pulled up a picture on google, and she then called another stylist into the consultation. Why, when I got a picture, she didn't just start the color, I don't know. Calling another stylist made me feel like I was being difficult when I literally only said "I don't know." Finally I told her forget it all! No color, no cut, no way in hell youre touching my hair... suggestion: offer your professional advice to clients, be cheerful, don't make people feel like they owe YOU anything!
I'd been growing my hair out for a few years and decided it was finally time for big change. The ladies at the salon were so kind and open to hearing my ideas. I love my new hair and feel great!!
