I was scheduled to have crochet braids done at 9am, I unfortunately had an emergency for work still they were able to fit me in at 12 and my hair is GORGEOUS! I have gotten so many compliments and Amy the installer was great always checking to make sure I'm okay..I do have some thinning in the front and she made sure to braid it accordingly so that it comes out full . Thank you so much Amy!
They couldn't do the style I wanted for my daughter, I wanted the lemonade braids without the knots but the owner/stylist insisted that I needes the knots so I walked out never to return.
Goddess African Hair Braiding service is just terrible. I have been to this location on three separate occations and have had trouble with the stylists keeping their schedule with my appointments. I clearly understand sometimes the store will have employees that do not meet the expectations of management's guidance. Employees represent the establishment and therefore must do all they can to provide the customers/guests the service they are seeking. However management why is it that the last three times I have shown up to the appointments that I have made (one of them scheduled over the telephone with the manager) they get cancelled? Your employees can not do hair on time or they want me to reschedule even though I schedule for the first appointment starting at 9 a.m.? No customer/guest should have to find the manager over the telephone to fix this each time. I am not going to even excuse this unprofessional behavior any longer.
Being that i am very picky about my hair, I must say I was impressed. The stylist and clients were all so welcoming and professional that it almost made me forget it was my first time there. They did a marvelous job walking me through her process in regards to cutting my hair and was very swift with her styling. Needless to say, I will be back very soon!
Anyone else looking for their hair being done here be aware of their unprofessional scheduling practices.
Raphi did my daughters hair tonight and it turned out exactly what I ask for. She did an excellent job. My daughter is very tender headed and she did not cry at all with her braiding her hair. We are very happy with her work and definitely will be back.
