Got a crappy haircut and color, looked like it was a box color and did not cover my grey and I have very little grey hair. I paid way too much for a bad haircut and color will never recommend or use again!! Rated one star cause that the only way I could write a review.
This place is amazing. Very calm atmosphere and we'll priced. Otilia is awesome. She gave me the best haircut I've ever got here in San Antonio. Also she gave me advise on how to style my hair. I will be a repeat customer. Thank you.
Otilia is THE BEST! I've lived around the world and had many, many cut & color my hair. No one is better than Otilia! She has been cutting & coloring my hair for the past 7 years; I won't let anyone else touch my hair! Thanks again, for excellent customer service and for yesterday's awesome cut & color!!
I have been going here for a year I have really curly hair and was happy until a month ago. I have chunks missing through out my hair. I have never had someone thin my hair like this. Also she didn't blend my layers, and if you have curly hair you know you can't just cut a layer and have another layer 2 inches apart from each other. I told her that she cut a hole in my hair and I went back but she took it offensively, and did not even pay attention to the layer I was talking about. I will not be going back my hair is so messed up. Waiting for it to grow out.
A friend got her hair done here. It looked nice but when she put it up a chunk of her hair was missing. We went to talk to the stylist about it and see what we could do. We went with good intentions and in a nice calm way. The stylist immediately got offended starting raising her voice and accusing of us lying. We remained calm and we're trying to get to a solution, then the owner came and started yelling at us saying that's how her hair is and started pulling at my friends hair. They both started yelling at my friend and I could see her eyes watering. They were making her feel bad even though THEY were the ones who messed up her her. They started arguing with me too! It was horrible. The worst service I've ever experienced in my life. They were being very unprofessional and yelling. They had a customer there, but I guess they didn't care and just wanted to argue. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I advise to NEVER go there they're unprofessional and they're bullies.
