Will never come back to this "salon" again....or let anyone cut my hair ever! I explained to the owner(?), Madi that I was growing out my pixie cut and all I needed was to have my hair trimmed and reshaped. I showed her several pictures of what I wanted. Madi butchered the hell out of my hair
I've been to Moxie twice now and love it! They are very reasonably priced. Jenna is great barber/stylist who actually takes great care in cutting my short hair, unlike salons I have been to in the past. When I went in for a cut/updo/make up they ensured I was well taken care of. Love them and already have my next appointment booked!

After a terrible, awful, and horrendous experience at another salon... I went in to Moxie and the wonderful owner fixed the disaster that my hair was. Everyone was so sweet and understanding. I will never ever go to another hair salon as long as I'm in San Antonio. I am forever grateful!!!!
Came today as a desperate "butchered" woman with short short hair and left transformed and feeling good about my cut, a first in over 6 month!
:( making it even SHORTER than what I wanted. She also stacked it, which I specifically stated that I did not want. Now all those months of growing my pixie to a decent length, wasted! I have to start all over again. Also, in fear of her or anyone else making things worse, I chose not to go back and ask for it to be fixed, but instead did what I could myself to fix it. Fortunately, I could...but it's of course much shorter than I ever wanted thanks to her not listening to me and just going all scissor happy on my hair. The layers she cut into it were also so uneven and choppy. Honestly, I'm not sure why they get such high ratings. $55 wasted. Take my advice, if you are growing out your short hair, don't come to this salon to have it trimmed up or reshaped. Will not be recommending them anymore.
