Sonterra is an exceptional facility. When at the home it is defiantly apparent why medicare.gov has rated them 5 stars. It's is clean, the staff is very friendly and caring. If I were to ever need skilled or long term care services personally I would choose Sonterra without hesitation.

We brought my Mom here based on our neighbor's recommendation, she said they'd taken great care of her husband. The facility is very clean, staff are friendly and helpful, nurses very efficient--they were even able to properly diagnose & treat a skin lesion she'd had for some time. A huge upgrade in care from the place she was at before! She does complain about the food sometimes, but I'm sure it's difficult to please everyone, (especially Mom).
