Very, very poor communication back with patients. Went on a Friday and was told by Dr. Flores that she would personally call me back with results of tests taken and to see if I should take antibiotics. I called 4 times with urgent messages that I was not having any progress. Their operator said they take 3-5 business days to call back.... well it's been 2 weeks and no one has called back... and I'm still not well. Wow really crazy clinic

Very professional and friendly staff! They really ❤

First time they wouldn't see my daughter because they made a mistake when inputting her info. Then they made a mistake when scheduling my son even though i corrected the lady making the appointment that he needed allergy medicine refill not a yearly checkup. Since they schedule those with a nurse who can't write prescriptions we were forced to go through the walk in clinic & what should have taken 30 mins took 2 hours. Then today find out from pharmacy insurance wont cover the medicine & so i have to call doctor to have it changed. Even though Google says its not busy there right now everytime I call it says they have a high volume of calls right now & to call back then immediately hangs up on me. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

My family & I have always been given excellent, quality care by caring devoted Drs,nurses, technicians.Even the cleaning personnel have been attentive to all our needs.

My family has been coming here for quite some time and we have always received excellent service. Today, I witnessed something quite disturbing. All healthcare professionals are to care for their patients well being and to show respect aswell. The medical assitants in the red module were so rude. Various people came up to the front desk and asked if they could sign in there. A rude medical assistant with curly hair, whom i was not able to get a name from, answered very rudly "do you not see the sign? Do you need flashing lights to tell you to go nextdoor and sign in?" I heard this and was very shocked. She was incredibly rude to thw old couple who only wanted some help. An older lady on cruntches walked in and also asked if she could sign in, (mind you the front desk was knce again opened), a different medical assistant rudly replied "can you let me change out the ink from the machine, if you want you can go next door if not then have a seat and wait" this lady was getting up and down from her chair trying to get attended. These medical assistants need manners. They are to care for their patients even if it's only with helping them.
