My experience here was bad!!! The director here Vanessa Valles was so non understanding, about my son's situation. I tried getting him transferred to the CHCS in Medical Center, and she was just giving me the run around. I felt like slapping some sense into her fat head, but I guess her head is filled with alot fat she couldn't understand me.
The staff there really focus on getting you the help that you need. They are sincere and they take their job serious.
People are very nice here.
