My experience was great. I was in and out of the ER in less than an hour. The lady from registration Leani was brief and thorough about the paperwork and billing, the overnight nurses all contributed to getting me back to health, Pat was my nurse. I will definitely return because of how awesome the service was!
I LOVED MY STAY HERE.(Womens Pavilion) I felt like I was at a hotel the entire time the way they took care of me was out of this world. I delivered my first child here and was nervous but they have treated me with nothing but the best care I've ever received. The staff and nurses are amazing and I can't thank them enough. I love how caring everyone is and how helpful everyone was to me and my baby. If I ever have another child no doubt in my mind I'll be coming back here. Thank you metropolitan so much.
I was seen by A Med student who was completely lost followed by a 2 minute visit at the end by Dr. Cassandra Zhuang who prescribed me what I asked for based upon my symptoms. They also ran test that were not even needed to rack up a bill. I was there for 5 hours from 6-11 and they billed for 2 days. Ask questions and do not trust the staff here. You are your own health advocate. I will be filing a law suit with the state atturney general the fact that a resident would walk away and allow a patient to be treated by a student is horrible. I have been waiting for a call back for over a month regarding my case from the patients accounts services and the manager of the ER. I have worked in the healthcare field for 13 years now, and know far more than the typical patient these people encounter. How they have no shareholders to respond to they bill what they want and run all the test possible to insure you owe them exuberant amounts of money. I pray for those choosing this place for their healthcare needs.
There is better ERs! Been in triage for over an hr and i have not even been seen by a Dr or a nurse. No labs nothing Main Methodist is 100% much better doctors and nurses will just ignore you and i keep telling them how I feel and start having conversations with other faculty. L&D nurses are horrible too. Update been waiting for a Dr to bring me results its been over 4 hr and nothing.. im leaving!
The staff from University could learn a thing or two from Metropolitan. The care i received was by far the best.
