I got the best care of my life. I burned my hand with hot oil while cooking and I went to the ER here. They took care of me right away in the most professional and caring manner. These people are amazing. From the ER to the whole staff of the Burn Clinic all of them are highly trained and they care about people. God bless them all, they saved my hand!
My wife had two babies at this hospital and we are very happy. Always great nurses and super helpful people on the phone. Blessed to have the privilege to use this hospital!

my husband is a retired navy,cancer survivor, is in a wheelchair. was brought to bamc from wilford hall for urinary tract infection. on weekend he was left without food or water on 6th floor w.they forgot about him. he can not walk can hardly move.and they just forgot about him. then they were telling me that he should not even be in that hospital. how come?he is a retired navy and has tricare for life. disgusting and unbelievable.
There lack of care for EFMP children is trouble. Some of the staff don’t even know what EFMP is. Also to have AIT Students that work in a big hospital that don’t know what is going on and on there phones. The pharmacy is out dated on how they give medications with getting two tickets. They call you and say your medication is ready for pick-up and still have to wait over a hour to get it and your the only one there.
