My mom stayed here after surgery and it was great. All the staff were amazing and super helpful. The doctors were great and even the food wasn't too bad she said. (Although the coffee needed work she says). The parts of the hospital we were in were clean which is highly important. Thanks for helping my mom.
Absolutely worst in experience level. Poked around in my wife's arm for 15 minutes trying to start an IV. Slow service. Cold as an arctic blast. Nurses come in and talk about all the crackheads that come in for stuff and how bad the crime is in the area because of it.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOSPITAL!!! As everyone else is saying, the nurses ignore you. I'm here with my sister at the moment and I had to go up to the nurses station to ask questions. She was busy on her cell for a good minute or two before she even looked up at me. Everywhere I look they are all on their phones. My sister paged them to wrap her arm so she can shower. Going on 5 minute and no reaponse yet. It's currently 1:18 pm and she has been asking to shower since 6am. (She needs it wrapped because of her IV) this is ridiculous. I have never felt so bad, it pains me knowing that she is here being ignored and in pain
If I could give this place a negative star review I would. Wouldn't see my mother after being in a car wreck unless she paid $250 deposit. DON'T GO HERE.
Found the cause of my brother's symptoms after a handful of other hospitals including Audie Murphy failed to figure it out. They even took his Medical insurance, which was amazing. He just got out a few hours ago but he's already feeling 100% better.
