The best from san Antonio no waiting at all !!! I love it
On 11/20/2017 we experienced the worst and unprofessional experience ever! We were enjoying a nice day at or house when my youngest son started choking on a life saver candy it was difficult and we have never experienced this as parents we were panicking I was trying to keep it as calm as possible cause I know how my husband gets he’s just a very concerned parent of course who wouldn’t right so right away we just jumped right into the truck and speed all the way to the hospital so once we arrived my husband drops me off in the front while he goes and parks or vehicle with my other two kids when I’m in the front waiting for somebody to attend me and my child it took two minutes there was nobody in the window you can see only one nurse he was busy with somebody but no unit secretary until somebody shows up his name was Josh and I explain to him what was the situation that my son was having difficulty swallowing and having trouble breathing so when I was giving him all the details he had asked for my sons data of birth and his name I repeated my sons name to him I believe like three times I don’t know if he was having trouble understanding my child name or he was not paying attention until my Husband shows up and tells him again my sons name and tells him what is so difficult about that my wife just repeated to you like three times!! So that’s when Josh decided to call security are you kidding me !! We are just concerned parents here and just because my husband raised his voice to tell you is there a problem that you don’t understand my sons name you work in the pedi area you know you’re going to have shock parents and even over whelm parents to me this was such a bad experience you should have handle this situation a better way by saying sir I’m sorry I was not paying attention or I was not focusing no reason for you to call security we were not being rude we did not say no ugly language And then you lie to the security that we were saying bad words I was more shocked by that ! And then the security j Fernàndez comes very rude to us and tells us if my husband does not come down that we were gonna have to leave the property so at this moment I was like are they even concern for my child !!
Dr. Gonzales is wonderful! She has great bedside manner. I never struggle to get an appointment same day. Never wait longer than 30 minutes in waiting room, in and out total time usually around an hour but never more! Staff is wonderful too! What more can you want!
Really bad service the 2 front lady’s were really rude and disrespectful were not interested about my child’s medical history looked at me like I was less of a person will not be coming back.
On Saturday I was referred from an urgent care to send my daughter to the Westover Hills Childrens ER. My daughter is 10 months old and had a fever along with decreased appetite and diarrhea. We spent about 3 hours at the ER as they had her on an IV and did some blood work, x rays, and an ultrasound. They then decided to admit her. I couldn't be more relieved that they took such good care if her, plus everyone was very friendly towards my scared 10 month old and our family who were also scared. My daughter is now recovering here at home and we are thankful for the ER being so diligent.
