By far one of the most amazing professional caring and loving hospital I have ever been to. This hospital is awesome!!!! The staff is excellent. Very clean and organize. I love this hospital. I feel so welcome when we come. I recommend this hospital to anyone. The doctors and nurses here are caring and understanding. Thank you staff for treating my princess so good and taking good care of her.
We had a family member stay here for a week for surgery and recovery. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Wonderful visits by the Sisters. Only complaint was the street noise but that' wasn't the hospitals fault...it was the motorcyclist who drove by in the middle of the night and revved it up. Beautiful and highly recommended!
On Saturday my 10 month old was admitted for dehydration, and diarrhea. She was on the 10th floor and her two nurses she had during her stay were wonderful. Elaine and Ryan. They took great care of her, and communicated well with us. I am very thankful to have such a great Childrens hospital in my city. My daughter is recovering well, thanks to the doctors and nurses care .
The Doctors and Nurses were amazing with my nephew. Thank God they were able to accurately diagnose his condition. He had a procedure done and now is back to his happy self. I would have given 5 stars, but there was one receptionist that was rude. It would have been a more pleasurable experience if this person were more empathetic. I completely understand that at times the front desk is very hectic because they are in the frontline, but being that it's a children's hospital the front desk staff should make you feel welcome and not like you are bothering them. I hope we don't ever have to be back for any type of circumstance, but if we do, hopefully they will have a more welcoming front desk.
The past two years of my life I spent in and out of this hospital, the staff was always nice and always taking care of me. I had countless surgeries and hospital stays here. However, the day after I turned 18, my surgical area was hurting me badly, I didnt know where else to go since I had been having my surgery at Santa Rosa and I barley turned 18 not even 24 hours, when I arrived to Santa Rosa, I felt like no one wanted to touch me since I was 18, they even told me younger patients had a priority over me since I was 18, Okay I get its a children's hospital but I felt very discriminated because I had literally just turned 18 a few hours before I came in. I was hurt because after all the kindness and welcomes I felt when I was 16 and 17, I felt unwelcome. I was also told by paramedics if you're under age but "are bigger built' aka, overweight and weight like an adult, then they are told to take you to an adult hospital.
