Reading all the negative reviews , we came prepare to wait because we didn't have a emergency but needed a follow-up with current condition. Five stars for the service all around. Because of no insurance it was suggested to come and the nurses and doctors are giving us their best. I'm so thankful for this hospital for we needed brain surgery. It's taking place tomorrow morning with a team of surgeons. I researched them and they are at the top of this field. God is good
Never coming here again!! Wanted to give a negative star or none at all! I checked in at 9:30 pm and was seen, and given x-rays. Have been waiting for results and it is 2:11 am! No one has answers and it seems like Admin only responds to good reviews! That just goes to show you what kind of customer service they provide, nothing positive! Don't come here if you have an emergency! You will be here close to 12 to 24 hours!!!
Came to this hospital advised by my doctor. Been waiting four hrs no word on when ill be seen. I rather just leave then continue to wait. I'll go to my regular doctor to get some answers or go to another hospital. Seems it'll be faster to get some answers then wait on this place
The white one way too long I left at 9 a.m. did not walk out at about 1 a.m. the following day. They they never told me that they wanted to keep me there for 3 days until when I was in the examination room they had all the time to let me know but they did not and they tried to convince me to stay there but I said no these two factories that I had my vehicle parked in another area and I was fearing for my vehicle to be towed away they could at least tell me this a little bit more sooner so I can at least be able to go home or same to reschedule that appointment but they say they don't reschedule at the ER all this occurred after you ER one more thing when it comes to putting IV in a person's arm it is very horrible they employee that they have there they're supposed to be highly trained employees the employer that did it to me he put me about 3 times and it made me feel very uncomfortable they claim he's a doctor that knows what he's doing but when I saw that he was not to the doctor he had to get somebody else to help them put the IV in me the ER employees should let the patient know ahead of time if they're going to stay there overnight and they should all is a patient cannot stay there they should least set up an appointment for them to return back so they can get the treatment they need that's what happened to me they said there was no option I think there should have been an option I wait there for so long and they had all the Time in the World to tell me that and they don't do appointments
I am very surprised by all the negative reviews. Best experience I've ever had in a hospital emergency room. The doctors and nurses have outstanding bedside manner. I did have to wait several hours for different test results (ct scan, blood work results etc) but the nurse came in and checked on me several times.
