Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. It was quiet which was important to us. Overall a very good experience.
Neat and comfy! Fast check-in and good parking. Breakfast and Wi-Fi available. Not a lot of TV channels though. Good for an average pocket $$
Reservation was incorrect. The front desk guy's shirt was filthy. He thought our reservation being incorrect was funny. Offer me snack instead of points. Window air conditioning unit like a motel. Never stay there again. We had just start back at giving Best Western a second chance after years of not stay at their properties due to these same things.
So they can use a privacy fence around the pool. The bed is uncomfortable wake up through the night with a bed spring or wire poking in my ribs and hip They can use king beds I'm 6'5 and feet were hanging off the end of the bed....... but staff was great always in a good mood and helpful was supposed to stay for 3 and a half weeks ended up staying 3 nights........
Just 15 minutes from downtown San Antonio, the location is decent. What is not however, is that they serve smoking guests. The fourth floor is split between room types, but of course smoke knows no bounds and it permeates everything. Booked for business, and completely full, I had no say in the matter sadly. Would not recommend based on smoking being OK.
Message to owner u should really invest in new beds could of gotten 5 stars supper 8 even has better beds with no Springs
