Great hotel. Clean rooms and great staff. And at a good price. I only have a few issues that brought down a star: The elevators smell like cigarette smoke, and they do have a starbucks sort of, but the employees do not really know how to make anything. I asked "Can I get a Pumpkin Spice Latte," and they said "we'll try". Doesn't seem like a sure answer. Otherwise, would recommend this hotel.
Took a while to check in even though I picked my room the 2 days before. The extra towels that was requested wasn't in the room. No pen or pad in room. But I will give it a B- . Great location. Happy about relocating to San Antonio
Very nice, clean hotel. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. I only gave it 4 stars however, because the layout is not the typical embassy layout, and it kind of ruined it for me honestly. I have been staying at embassy since I was a little girl with my parents, and you always feel something special when you can look down and see the bar and restaurant. That "feeling" was completely lost here. Although it was very nice, it did not feel like an embassy at all and that was disappointing.
Beautiful hotel. Excellent service all the way around - from front desk to the dining room & kudos to the chefs! Whenever I travel back to this area, this is my new chosen hotel. The room itself was PERFECT. Very comfortable, was able to control the temperature to my liking, nice lighting, too.
Embassy Suites at Brooks City is a love place on the inside. A classy feeling bar and restaurant set the mood downstairs. The rooms are modern feeling, with appropriate amenities. There is some construction going on that could be hidden a little better, and the general green/grounds need some tending to. They feel a little empty in their presentation, but it is nice that the hotel is set far back behind them.
