Love the remodeling, rooms are nice and comfortable. Location great away from all the noise and traffic downtown. Great breakfast every morning is a plus.
Had a great stay in the beginning.. breakfast was good and rooms were clean. The next day cable, a/c, and elevators went out for a couple of hours... that's 5 flights of stairs we has to walk with 2 babies and strollers in toe soaking wet from just leaving the pool.. To top it all of I left my tablet in the room, so I called to have it shipped to us. The head of housekeeping looked for in the place I told them it would be, but she claimed it wasn't there.. all I can say is it never made it home with me, and my tablet cost more the our stay at that hotel. I even left a message with the head of house keeping to call me, and 1month later still waiting for that call. Be sure to grab all of your belongings. I will definitely not becoming back to this location.
Is a diferent feeling.... the rooms are bigger the indoor balconies facing the lobby are cool I really like this concept! Everything was clean and all the employees were nice!
Front desk staff was friendly. Room was clean & updated. Lobby & eating area could use updating. Breakfast & Manager's reception (unlimited free alcohol on certain drinks, and snack type foods) was very good. Location was good, close to interstate.
Lobby was outstanding with great interior design. Everything was very well-kept. Room was excellent, with a nice living room and work area, and the bedroom was perfectly dark at night, so I slept like a rock. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
