The Powless House has been a great experience so far. The room is spacious and comfortable. I have the single studio and it has a couch, microwave, mini fridge, and a little kitchen sink. The staff has all been kind and helpful and I love the little convenience mart downstairs. They have a nice selection of snacks and even frozen dinners.
Everything about my stay was amazing expect one thing, and that one thing was the WiFi. The WiFi is probably the worst i have ever seen. I attempted to open an e-mail from my laptop and phone (different times) and it would take 5 to 10 minutes to load. Videos? I wouldn't hold your breath to watch it. Buffers ever 5 to 20 seconds making it very un-enjoyable.
Very nice location. Close to the military hospital and fort sam houston. Good breakfast too
Helpful staff. Rooms have everything you need. NFL network included too which was great for Thursday night football.
Clean room, convenient location for what I needed. Though the call center could have been better. Had to confirm my reservation twice and he still didn't get all my information correct
