When your motel room gets mysteriously gets robbed without any sign of forced entry and a camera above your door the manager wont return your phone call. Web tells you it has a pool but then the manager will throw you out of the pool and say its better for you to find another motel. Says it has daily Housekeeping but you're lucky if you get it twice a week. Prostitutes, drug addicts and drug dealers running around every where and will attempt to assault you. If your fridge breaks it will take 4 days for you to get a phone call and they will again threaten you with not allowing you to continue to rent here. I could go on and on but that would be a novel. This place will soon be condemned.
Dirty rooms, dirty housekeepers. I would not recommend anyone staying here. The linen is stained & filthy. From the comforter to the shower curtains to the towels & pillows. There is so much infestation & the people that work there are clueless about what their job description is. Please if you have any children DON'T take them there.
i was there few times the past couple years wasn't great. but I went back because its close to work in lackland I was there about 1st of march or so I always ask for room 1st floor on closed bank side new female manager was great went out of her way to take care my needs rent by the week she has really turned this place around I witness no seedy people it was quite id say give this place a chance im going back 1st june and staying there again I just the owner keeps her around I had no issues at all no worries.
Terrible customer care. Change room rates mid month. No care at all. only about money. Greedy assholes.
DISCUSTING!!!! FILTHY!!! Booked the hotel for july1-2, arrived around 10pm, checked in to the smallest office ever. Besides spending over 5 minutes just to check in I still had to go to the red roof inn just so I can get the key and come back. Ok whatever. I placed my kid on the bed so I can put the rest of the stuff up. I started looking around so I opened the fridge and there were ROACHES inside the fridge! The seats were all torn down, the "clean" towels to dry yourself with were all STAINED!! The door looked like that room had been tried to be broken into before because of the brakes around the lock. So after seeing all that I checked the bed, I was BEYOND FURIOUS! I took my son off immediately, there was sperm all over under the sheets! I immediately grabbed everything and my kid put everything in the car, and raised all types of hell in the office. I left on the spot and made sure to get my money back. I was even more furious that I had to drive back home for 3 1/2 hours in the middle of the night! Yes I got my money back but that's not the point we just needed a hotel to stay in. WORST experience ever. Would never return and would never recommend. This hotel needs to be shut down!!!!!
