The management here do what they can to make sure you are comfortable . My second stay here and both stays were very comfortable stays. Both trips were to attend BMT graduations. The distance to the base was very short.
Our refrigerator worked about 2 hours out of the 4 day say, ruining our food inside, same thing with the microwave oven, so something was wrong with the electrical outlet they were both plugged into. Repair of it was ineffective. Mattress pad had blood stains on it. The most pleasant part of our stay was the check out, the blonde older female that I checked out with was very kind. Other male staff members were rude and unfriendly. We will stay somewhere else in the future. The location is in a rough part of town. It is close to the AFB, but we will drive a little further for better service.
I've stayed in a lot a hotels. Good one ones, bad ones, cheap, and expensive. And for a 2 star hotel....this one makes some 5 stars look bad! Very clean, very friendly and the price is great for the rooms. Have to say I would stay here anytime I'm in the area!! Great place to be away from home at!!!
This place is wonderful. The staff is very friendly n the property super clean. Only about a mile from the entrance to lackland air force base. Nothing to complain about here.
Read alot of bad reviews about this place of course it was after I booked it and i was a little worried. But all I can say to the owner is that (you can't please everyone). We on the other hand enjoyed our stay the room was very clean and was cleaned daily. The staff was great anything you needed they would get for you the pool was clean the swimming was fun the hot tub was nice everything was just great. We didn't go there for a vacation but it felt like we were on one. I unlike others would highly recommend this place if your going to watch the USAF graduation its close to the Base and close to just about everything else. Great wonderful people super nice stay.
