Decent vet. Less extensive than many other places and you get no frills service. I wasn't super impressed but overall, they got the job done. Couple snafus with billing and medications but were fixed easily enough.
Great staff. The Vetranian here is great with puppies. She is very attentive and explains everything in detail.
Cat "Dad" here and I take my boys here whenever they need check-ups or if anything is wrong with them. The staff is very friendly, caring, and they genuinely want to help. They break down the prices and work with you if you have a budget. Sometimes there is a wait but that's totally understandable (Emergency first, then appointments, then walk-ins). I only wish they were open on weekends. I recommend Affordable Pet Care Basse to everyone, they are the best animal care providers in San Antonio.
1st time here on Saturday and we had a great experience. Everyone was so friendly, & very informative. They were helpful with all the questions we had. They even called me today to make sure Charlie was ok after receiving his shot. So impressed! Thank you everyone for making our first visit amazing.
Our dog Zoe was 17-18 years old (my brother found her as a pup, so not exactly sure of age). She was a lovely and well-behaved girl, but was having a hard time with her back legs (large dog hip dysplasia) & getting up & around. Her eyes were cloudy, but she knew her way around & always made it out the dog door, NEVER any accidents. She deserved to live as the lady she had always been & the time was coming when that would not be the case. She deserved to no longer deal with pain & deserved to leave this earth in a dignified manner. Affordable Pet Care gave Zoe the dignity & respect she deserved while being very kind to her, as well as to me & my family. Very special thanks to Susan @ the desk, Megan, the Vet Tech & Dr. Blevins. You all made a difficult decision a little easier for us & in the kindest & most caring manner allowed us to be there to comfort Zoe. Thank you all so very much.
