We rescued a cat a couple years ago from one of the local shelters. Unfortunately the cat was very sick. We went tot he vet 5-6 times in less than one year with him, an no one bothered to investigate more his issues. All vets had one goal in mind: the final bill. The cat got very sick in one day and we had to take him to ER. The following day we've been told to go follow up with our vet. Well, hell.. we are not going back to the same vet that did nothing for this cat. So we decided to look around for a vet clinic. We found one close to home and GPS sent us to another clinic. This is how we discovered Lili Veterinary Hospital. For the very first time we found a vet that was very nice and actually enjoying what she is doing. This staff here for the very first time told us what is wrong with our cat and they actually ran a set of tests, blood work, X-ray to reach a not so good diagnostic, but at least after more than one year we finally had an idea about our cat condition. The cat got very sick and he was very very bad, almost dead a few months later. We decided to put him down after we tried everything for him. At this point he was not able to eat, walk and you could tell is a matter of hours. To end this pain for him we took him to the vet. He passed away before the vet did anything, which was a good thing. The staff and the vet were incredible supportive and they helped and assist us in every way. Was a very painful experience for us. As long as we will live here and we will have pets, we are not going to other clinic. Thank you Dr. Okafor and your staff, for all the support and for all you do.
Im looking for somewhere to take my fur baby that actually cares about the animals..... Her short answers and lack of conversation didn't make me feel this was the place to bring my babies....
Looking for a good veterinary clinic..... This place has 5 star rating so I called and asked the receptionist if she had a few minutes i had several questions to ask. She said she had a few minutes but when i asked my questions she was very short... Just yes or no answers!
Was there about three or four months ago as we needed a quick vet visit for our fur babies. Dr. Okafor was very personable and you can tell she genuinely cares. Was looking up her information just now for somebody else I noticed two 1 star ratings (One with no comment at all and one who is complaining about the receptionist being short on answers). Felt the need to add another five star rating to counterbalance since I am one who also shops around based on ratings of a business. Would highly recommend Lily veterinarian clinic. Go and actually visit to determine for yourself versus relying on just a quick phone call to label a business with any form of a rating.
Great, caring staff. I've always got appointments right away. No issues with our care including a spay and neutering.
Great experience so far! Everyone is nice and friendly. They like what they do. We took our newly adopted dog to her first visit and then for grooming. Everything went smooth!
