The staff is amazing! They are sweet and helpful in explaining things in ways you can understand. They get my animals in fast, most of the time that same day or that week! The prices make it even better!
The staff are great! The only negative thing I can say is that you may be waiting for 30 minutes to an hour to be seen even with an appointment.

I called with a concern about my dog. The girls at the front gave me their opinion over the phone, and were able to squeeze me in the next day early morning. My dog, Charlotte, saw Dr. Klecka and she was awesome. I am so glad I called and was able to get in.I appreciate how kind and informative Dr. Klecka was. I will definitely be making Potranco Veterinary Clinic my dogs primary vet!
