I have taken my animals to this clinic since it first opened. Over the life or our relationship he has treated 7 family dogs since 2004. The doc has always taken time to explain diagnosis and treatments. He always gives me options with different costs structures. His staff is super friendly. I highly recommend River City and Dr. Kohnen.
Nice office, everyone is very friendly and the doctor explains everything in detail. My dogs have a good time when they go get groomed.
My dogs and I absolutely love this place! Always greeted with a friendly smile when we walk in the door. They are always prompt to get us into an exam room and we've never had to wait which is a super plus for me. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and very caring with our dogs needs.
Vet is great. He explained my pets needs very well. Nice people. The appointment making could use some improvements. Prices wasn't too bad. Clean place. Very friendly people.
