The wellness exam for new patients is free. After they examined and vaccinated our pup, Dr. Brown came back and gave me a detailed report. He also thoroughly informed me about any possible (rare) reactions to the rabies shot, which they had never done at our previous vet's office. He spent plenty of time with us and never made us feel rushed or hurried.

Thank you

Dr. Lowe is so incredibly professional. Her care for my pets has been the very best. She has a way of calming and care for my pets that makes the owner and the pets feel at ease and at peace.

My final bill was less than $16, the charge for the rabies vaccine. We'll definitely be going back. It's so refreshing to find a medical establishment, animal or human, that doesn't try to up-sell you on pharmaceuticals and procedures.

I was faced with the difficult decision of having my dog euthanized. Having moved in the last week, I was no longer near my normal vet and chose Texas Veterinary Hospital simply due to proximity and availability. The staff was very respectful of our decision and our emotions. We were given plenty of time to spend with Sasche before the procedure and after in order to say our goodbyes. I couldn't have asked for any more compassion than we were given.

We had to wait quite a while to be seen, because the vet was dealing with an emergency--which was perfectly understandable. It was well worth the wait. I had questions about which vaccinations were really necessary, as there have been reports of bad reactions to combination vaccinations. The vet tech told me that the vaccines in question--which our previous vet pushed on us--weren't necessary and never tried to up-sell me, as they did at our previous vet's office.

This was our first visit, when our 3-year-old boxer was due for his rabies vaccination. (For some time, we hadn't been happy with his previous vet, whose clinic advertised as "Affordable" and really wasn't; and who had been slow to recommend critical care for our other dog, who we subsequently lost to an auto-immune blood disorder.)

Dr's and staff are great! Prices are cheaper than Beckers and place is much cleaner then most vets. Wouldn't go anywhere else now!

Dr. Lowe and staff are amazing! Went in because my fur-kid had bad skin allergy and my old vet told me they couldn't do anything without going to extreme and expensive procedures. Dr. Lowe immediately accessed my dogs issues and started her on medication that helped alleviate her issue. She continues to follow up with me and shows she cares for her fur-patients. I am so glad I found this place. And will continue to take my pets here even though this location is across town for me I don't mind it.
