I can’t say enough about how grateful I am to have a 24 hour place with people that care about pets. Dr. Dhakal has been such a wonderful addition to helping care for my 16 year old aging cat. I received a picture of her and a status after having to leave her overnight and am still in text contact with the doctor regarding her condition and any concerns. Yes, you Will have to wait when going and it May take a long time but there are Many patients they’re caring for and I’m so thankful.
We have been using them since we moved here two years ago and will continue to do so. They not only do right by our furry family but they comfort me and my family when hard times arise. The explain every detail and cover all options. I have Never had any vet so compassionate and considerate.

We had a wonderful experience! Everyone from the customer service specialists who checked us in to the vet techs, nurses, and vet were extraordinary. Dr. Arrington and his staff were so caring and concerned. My cat couldn't have received better care anywhere. Ollie was hospitalized for 2 days and I was allowed to sit with him as long as I wanted, anytime I wanted. The follow-up care has been just as great. I had three staff members give me their email addresses in case I had questions. I did use them, and my emails were answered in a short amount of time. I highly recommend VCA Becker!
I would like to share my experience at VCA Becker Animal. Today I had the most scary experience with my dog chihuachua. She went into labor and ended up needing an emergency C section. After exhausting myself looking everywhere for a decent price. This wonderful woman by the name of Vanessa was a blessing today. Glad to share that my Bella and her pup are doing great! This place was quick to address my dogs needs with the most care. I want to say thank you Dr. Lee for taking care of my Bella!
Went shortly after midnight due to my fur baby having seizures. The entire staff was phenomenal.
I came home after grocery shopping and found that my dog had Eaton 6 Roach Killer traps that were left on the counter. My natural instinct was to freak out. I'm still new to this area and didn't know where to go. This was the closest place to my home. I rushed her over and they immediately took her back and induced her to vomit to get all of the poison out. I must admit even going behind the scenes to be there with her was a bit strange considering anywhere else I've gone in the past would never let me stay with her. I felt like apart of a family at this Veterinary Hospital. These people cared for her in treated her like she was part of my family and not just an animal on the side. I have been to places where their attitudes are extremely rude and they don't care but this place every single employee that worked there made me feel at ease. I had just gotten back from traveling to San Diego for my grandmother's funeral and even cashed out most of my PTO so I can make it. I was literally dry for money and these people understood and treated me like a human being and not just a customer with money. They were able to work with me on a payment plan. $800 later well after I'm done paying it off I know that these people still cared more for me and my dog then about the money. This is definitely my new Veterinary Hospital. I hope it will be yours too
