DO NOT TAKE your lets here!!!!!! My dog had a surgery for a Cisct they said she needed... 5 days later I'm still waiting for a call back on questions I had. Was told Doctor that did surgery wasn't in and if I went to another doctor I would be charged again for office visit. Spoke to doctor finally that preformed surgery and she told me to go in the evening when other doctor was there? So I would pay again?!?!?!?! They don't do follow ups to see how wound is heeling? And the receptions told me to make my dog chicken and rice? How Is that to help a cut????
I love this place!!! Absolute best vet in town. Extremely honest, caring , and just all around awesome!!!! They truly care for our pets, and provide a service second to none. Certainly recommend the 1604 location to everyone.
I had the same vet for years but they've recently gotten extremely popular and never have time to see my pets (I would have to schedule a month in advance and god forbid I reschedule!). I had a concern for my puppy and since my regular vet wouldn't see me for another month, I called these guys and they got me in right away!! I showed up really early and didn't mind waiting until my appointed time, but they saw me right away too! They treated my pet like their own and I could not have picked a better vet! I should have switched offices a looooong time ago :)

Had an excellent first experience. Staff and doctors at the 1604 location were amazing. Took my newly adopted kitten there as an emergency and they got me in quick. I trust them and will be taking my big dogs there's not as well. Thanks for a great first experience.

I have been taking my dogs here for over a year. Every time it has been a great experience! All the vets & vet techs are extremely compassionate & knowledgable. I always get seen at my scheduled time (other places I always waited long after my appointment time to be seen). I am always able to get appointments within couple days of me calling in to request one. Vets do awesome job of explaining everything & providing options. They also have an online pharmacy so you don't have to go in to get refills on prescriptions, they are sent right to your door. You can trust they will do their very best to care for your animals. I will not take my pets anywhere else. Highly recommend!!!
