When we arrived, the staff was quick to jump into action as our 13 year old lab with diabetes and arthritis was barely able to move. They had us checked-in within minutes and Allie was assisted out of the car by 2 of their staff and taken directly into care. The doctor and technician were in and out of our room every few minutes keeping us up to date and providing options and estimates. We ultimately made the heart wrenching decision to put her down. The staff from the doctor to the front desk continued to be more compassionate that we could ever dream. In fact the technician asked if she could hug me, which I absolutely granted. They gave us privacy and time with our pup in her last few moments.

5 stars does not do justice. Our dog became severely sick early in the morning on a Saturday and our primary vet would not accept her, saying she needed too long of treatment and they closed at noon so insisted we take her to Mission ER. In reading the reviews of Mission, it was the last place we wanted to go and my husband suggested we try to find another vet hospital that was open. We went on the hunt. When I called VitalPet, the reception answered with "May I place you on hold or is this an emergency?" I said "It is an emergency but if the hold is quick, I can wait." She immediately started asking questions, got all the details, placed me on a very brief hold to talk to the doc and told me to bring our dog in right away she was putting us down for an appointment.

We still have a cat and I will be transferring her records to this hospital for all further visits.

I was placed on hold for OVER FORTY MINUTES!!! I called the first time and was placed on hold for 15 minutes, I hung up and called again. I told the person that answered that I just have a quick question and was placed on hold because she was "checking out a client." Apparently it takes 30 minutes or more to check out clients in this clinic. I have worked at multiple vet offices and that is terrible service if you ask me. I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHERE MY DOGS ASHES ARE!! Still on hold while I type this review and now I've been on hold for an extra 20 minutes!! NOT OK!!

I love this Vet Hospital, they are always caring and professional. I'm extremely happy that the staff will go out of their way to help you out when you're in a crunch, especially during the holidays! I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves and cares for their pets! Any type!

We took our nine month old dog there last night after he got into it with a porcupine. My sister had called VitalPet while I was on my way with my pup in order to give them all our information ahead of time. As we walked in the took care of us right away. We met the vet tech (I can't remember his name) but he was so friendly and caring. The vet later came in who was extremely laid back and made us feel comfortable about our dog being sedated. Only took about thirty minutes and we were good to go. Everything went smoothly. Great staff and great vet!

I had no idea Town and Country was 24/7; but now I'll never forget. The technicians and doctor were great! I really appreciate the assistance and comfort I received about my pet's condition. Unfortunately, I have had to visit a few other EPC's and have had some rude and gimmicky experiences. I know it can be difficult to trust every quote we are given as pet owners when we love our pets and want the best for them. Luckily, I have some veterinary care experience in my history and T&C was absolutely upfront and transparent about what was recommended. I will absolutely come back. Thank you T&C for your care and honesty.

Thank you so much to the staff today. You were so wonderful in one of our hardest moments.
