Great prices and very helpful staff. They had to order a couch for me and I recieved it 4 days earlier than they originally predicted. Make sure to look for offers from them online first though, as they only will honor online deals with proof
Stay away... Lots of other better stores are in town to choose. You might not get the same product as what you pay for. I was delivered with a cheaper quality different product, and wasn't able to get any proper response from the store people. They were arrogant (especially the boss) and they have pathetic customer service. I would never get any new product from them. I would in fact give them 'zero' rating, but the system is not allowing for that. Hence giving them 1 rating.
Our family purchased a large dinning room table with eight chairs . We are all set for thanksgiving. Cant wait to show off our new dinning set. Thanks Guys
Even though we didn't buy anything today they were very helpful. Nice stuff for a good price. They even do a no credit check financing. When looking for the place make sure you head towards the back when turning into to the parking lot. It's easy to miss especially that there is a lot of small warehouse buildings all around.
Stay away! 1) Prices were falsely advertised! 2) Did not offer promised student/military discount at the time of sale 3) Refused to price match (or meet me half way) when I found the same product FOR HALF OF THE PRICE in an online store 4) "Can't do anything about it, you have to talk to the manager on Monday" - even though I have spoken to the manager a few hours earlier over the telephone. Shady place, arrogant salesman and absolutely not customer oriented!!! Again, stay away! I am sure you can find any of that furniture cheaper elsewhere, won't be ripped off and won't have to deal with poor customer service.
