Over priced. The guy really pressured us into buying. We would like to look without someone constantly asking. We didn't even tell them what we were looking for and it was constantly "I think this would look good in your house." You have never seen my house. Then when we said we didn't see what we were looking for they offered us lower prices than what was marked. And finally to go look at the catalog. We didn't buy anything and went somewhere else and got exactly what we were looking for and much cheaper.
Headed into Mattress & Furniture for Less just looking planning to look around for 1 of 2 items to furnish my newly bought house. When I walked in, Rep named Eddie greeted me and asked what I had in mind, and really brought my ideas to life with what options they could package together. I liked the representatives here because I feel they were very straight forward and did not rush you into anything. After looking through extensive catalogs, I ended up buying a Couch, Sep. Chair, Expandable Dining Table w/ chairs, and TV stand for a really great price!! I'm certain other stores wouldn't be able to beat their price or customer care. The delivery and Installation hassle free is also a great perk of buying from Mattress & Furniture for Less. Had zero issues. Felt extremely lucky to have found great experience to start off my home!
We came here today and buy the spring box. They gave us the 2 pieces in different size. When we told them that they said no it the same size, until we mesured it right in front of them. They told us to come back in another hour because they don’t have it in store. We said we have 2 children in the car and don’t have time( already paid) and they don’t offer us a delivery except their fault. We took our money back and rather go somewhere. Not recommended this place
I have been buying all my furniture here for the last 5 or 6 years and will continue to do so in the future. Richard is my go to sales rep. He is personable, professional and works very hard to meet and exceed my expectations. He takes time to learn my tastes and works within my budget. We have had a couple of issues but worked with Richard and Ron to resolve them quickly. This company stands by their products! We refer our family and friends here all the time and trust they will be well taken care of by Richard and Ron.
