I must say that all of staff there is awesome what a great team. This was my second visit to the store to take a friend to look and purchase as my experience was awesome. Even better than some high-end furniture stores I shop at. Renee the manager he is awesome and so personable and that clearly has carried down to his team. Mike the sales man was awesome great conversation included. I will shop here first everytime. Continue to be a welcoming team including the young lady who takes care of all the paperwork ...... It's pure magic you all are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

EDIT! While the above is still true, the delivery process was a NIGHTMARE!!!!!! We had to wait 6 days for our entire delivery to be able to be delivered (dining room set, sectional and queen bed set). When the delivery arrived, the drivers tried to deliver the wrong sectional and then when he finally founds ours, 2 console pieces were missing . We then noticed nails were about to pop through the back of one of the pieces. They said they would replace it. After leaving we discovered the one of the recliners didn't open properly due to a bent frame. We immediately called and they said they would send a replacement with the other 3 pieces the next day. So yet another day of waiting around during their 5 hour delivery window. The next day, the 2 consoles and other piece arrived but no recliner. While installing the new pieces it was discovered the corner piece had a busted spring in the cushion along with staples/nails sticking out in the cushion (which INJURED my husband). Called yet again. This time it won't be til the 12th (over 2 weeks since we made the purchase that our sectional will be complete. I am livid at the lack of customer service at this location from the manager Rene (I believe is how you spell it). All he would do to compensate for the inconvenience is give us $50 in store credit. NEVER AGAIN will I have anything delivered from here

The absolute WORST. Never have I dealt with a company so unprofessional and UNORGANIZED. Let me just say I NEVER write reviews so congrats Mega furniture, you are the first. The delivery service is a joke. Day 1: I waited all day, my couch was not delivered. I did not receive a phone call to inform me either. I had to call them numerous times and was given the run around. Day 2: same thing..Waited all day, called them repeatedly, was given the run around, and finally at 6pm (when the told me it would be delivered at 11am-2pm)they delivered a Broken couch. The recliner would not recline. Day 3: They sent a tech to fix my couch, he determined it was unfixable and the store needed to order a whole new recliner. (The tech was a nice, honest, punctual man) Day 4: I was told I was going to be called with a delivery time the morning of delivery, knowing their INCONSISTENT history, I called them multiple times once again as early as 8:30am, left voicemails, only to find out the “new recliner” would not be delivered today. It’s 4:30pm and they are just now telling me this. This on going battle has happened over a 2month period. They are very INCONSIDERATE of my work and personal time I spent waiting around for them. GO TO ASHLEY’S! They delivered my bedroom furniture at the time specified, called when they were 10 minutes from my house, moved in and put up my furniture in 10minutes. Now that’s quality Costumer service

We had such an amazing and smooth process. Donna was awesome to work with! She helped us every step of the way. Would highly recommend them!!!

Horrible experience!!! Ordered my stuff at the beginning of Aug and was told a specific delivery date. That didn’t happened and I let it slide until September. I went in and talked to the manager who refused to refund me even though nothing had been delivered. I had to talk to a regional manager to fix this issue. Found out my stuff was on back order until October. He convinced me to give them and opportunity to fix it. When my stuff was finally deliver they were missing a mattress!!!

My first time shopping for furniture with my significant other, the staff was extremely patient and helpful. Dwight knew all of the answers to our questions and was able to show us everything we were interested in looking at. No issues or concerns, definitely a pleasant environment. All the way around a very good experience.
