My husband and I had been searching for a nice couch with a decent, reasonable price. We found nothing anywhere until we came to Mi Casa furniture. Within 1 minute of walking in we found our couch for a GREAT price. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great, affordable furniture.
If I could give this no stars I would. Tony, your customer service skills today was horrible. Nobody should be treated the way you treated me and to try and cheat me out of my money. That's why you walked away mad because I was on to something. The policy says Credit given minus 20%. I gave you $250. How is it that I get a $98 store credit. You owe me a $200 store credit. Do the math. 250 x 0.2=50 250 -50 =$200. So you owe me a $200 credit not $98
The salesman was super friendly, he answered all my questions, and the store has a great selection of discount furniture!!
