I came into the store looking for chairs and was never acknowledged. The staff sat at a desk and played on the phone. I attempted ask questions and had no response. A family walked in after me and spoke with no response from staff at all.
Merchant sold me a consignment item that had no visible abnormalities. Approximately 1.2 months after I got it home, small piles of wood powder began appearing around the table legs. Exterminator termed it a "powder post beetle infestation". Extermination is costly and time-consuming. Retailer would not refund money or give exchange -said "I'm sorry, sweetheart, but I won't do anything for you. Merchandise is 'as is, and you're over your 30 days'" Now I'm out $2000.00. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!
Amazing and lovely service. I was searching for a perfect dining table and chairs and found them there. They couldn't have been more helpful, even offering to come in on the day the store was closed to help me load my purchases. Gorgeous antique table.
