I live 2.5 hours away from this store and their customer service was outstanding. I purchased a desk from them by picture only and couldn't be happier. They were very kind over the phone and let me put down a deposit to hold the desk until I could drive up to get it. I absolutely loved the desk even more when I saw it in person. Their store is nice and clean. Also, all of their pieces are very high end. If you looking for a place to get quality furniture at a great price this is the place to go.
Beautiful store with great selection, was pleasantly surprised with quality and brands they carry. I was given space to shop at my convenience and wasn't pressured at all. I was pleased with the prices I got and will definitely return.
Excellent experience- Google this shop late Saturday night, called early Sunday morning and listened to their voice message about hours. Actually got a call back from them during their operating hours to check to see if I needed anything- they had noticed that I had called earlier. Visited the store, employees were friendly, super nice and worked with my needs- they were even kind to my young son... Who I found had quickly climbed on one of the beds while I was discussing a piece of furniture with employees! Great selection, reasonable prices- a store I will always check with first when needing a furniture purchase.
Aside from that, many of the items were extremely overpriced and the store smells strongly of old people. Will never shop here again!
Great furniture for the price.
Terrible experience. Walked into this store today in search of a dresser. The man working behind the counter lifted his head only to look at me and proceed to ignore my presence. I walked around the store for about 5 minutes as he continued to ignore me so I decided that it wasn't worth my time and left.
