You came through again today Bailey, and we are grateful. Joyce Ann Bowman’s design services and advice are fantastic too!! You can shop around, but you will be hard pressed to find anyone who beats their service, pricing, or quality. Thank you, girls!!
Hanna was amazing and so sweet. She helped us as much as she could and has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. As long as she is around we will do business with Star. The only negative I can say is that Star offers very attractive financing and what could have been a great sale went to a good sale due to their credit requirements. Money was not an issue nor poor credit, just a lack of credit history. Nonetheless, Hanna made it a great experience and the discounts we got were great. We are using the layaway option to purchase the remainder of our furniture, so even the financing aspect isn’t too big of a deal.
Simon was very knowledgeable and patient with us and or needs, I can be quite picky but he handled all with ease and professionalism. He was not pushy and made us feel quite at ease. We ended up purchasing literally everything we had on our wish list. If you need good help with above and beyond service you need to get together with this awesome salesman!
I just received the most beautiful and comfortable chair, bed and sectional sofa from Star Furniture in San Antonio! I am so pleased! And these Amazing pieces (together with a most beautiful designer area rug) were put together with help from Joyce Ann and Troy who spent hours coming to my house, then guiding me through hundreds of selections to create our perfect home! Joyce Ann and Troy have been (and continue to be) miracle workers, as they are now working to get me a custom dining room table.... and even help me pick colors and get my house painted. Their graciousness and helpfulness are only surpassed by their extensive product knowledge and artistic eyes. I adore them both! Thank you Star Furniture for having such a wide selection of great furniture together with great prices! But even more so, for attracting team members like Joyce Ann and Troy! They are the magnets that keep me coming back!
This was a great experience! We had to push the delivery date back a couple times due to construction issues on our new house. Linda at star furniture was so accommodating and understanding. When our furniture was delivered Jesse and his team went above and beyond to move the furniture in on time. There was a big construction truck blocking the driveway. They husseled and improvised and were able to get the job done. We are very impressed with all the customer service throughout our experience at Star Furniture!
