Super staff and good prices hard to beat shopped all around San Antonio for beds and they took care of me the best.
Expected the store to be open but, it wasn't. However, did see a couple being assisted by a gentleman filling out an application outside on the steps. Even as I was obviously headed to the door to enter. No one advised me it was closed. It seems as though this business chooses to whom they sell.. You are correct, I won't be returning any time soon or be referring anyone else looking to buy furniture. They have all the business they need, it seems.
I went in ready to pay cash for a bed and they talked to me about financing. I didn't agree to the terms and the lady was very rude after that. I guess she forgot that I was willing to pay cash and she walked me out. I took my business elsewhere and was treated much better. Oh well, their loss.
Needed a sofa for my new apartment. Shamari helped me find a couch and wasn't pushy or hovering over me to make a sale. He showed me different options and the quality of different sofas. He definitely didn't make me feel pressured and helped me a lot when choosing the correct the right sofa.
The rotting wood inside my mattress frame was the real kicker here. You could literally do a better job if you just made your own mattress frame. And they forgot to mention the $120 delivery charge... in cash, and upon delivery. When I asked, they told me it was in one of the dozens of forms I had to sign somewhere and it wasn’t their fault that I hadn’t read it. Well, they got me there. I hope they don’t get anyone else. And I have pictures of the rotting wood as well as my receipts if anyone does not believe they would pull something so heinous on a customer. The cherry on top was the sales guy. He was very odd, and creepy around my female friend and I. We asked for another sales rep and got a better one. So that was something.
